FAQ
So, there are a number of questions that have been frequently asked by the community in general, so hopefully this will help some people out. So, in no particular order, heres some frequently asked questions.

Q. How do I sacrifice my White/Red/Blue/Green/Yellow Cubic?
A. To sacrifice one of your Cubic cards, all you need to do is place the card you want to place it with on top of the Cubic. The game will do everything that needs doing, at which point you can move the Cubic to your discard pile.

Q. What is Incarnation, and how does it work?
A. Incarnation is a special ability that the 5 God cards have. It allows you to replace one of your cards - of the same element as the God card - that is already on the board with the God card itself, for a reduced Mana cost. For example, if you played the Sciondar Fire God on top of a Fire creature with a Summoning Cost of 4, the Sciondar Fire God would only cost you 5 Mana, instead of its usual 9. Doing this won't end your turn, but the God card will not get to attack when it is summoned. In order to use Incarnation in this way, you simply place the God card on top of the creature you wish to replace.

What is Magic Attack/Dodge/Protection/etc?
A. Here is a brief run down of some common special rules used in the game.

Magic Attack
A Magic Attack is a special kind of attack which can target any creature on the board, and ignores most defensive special rules such as Dodge and Protection.

Dodge
A creature with Dodge has a 50% chance of avoiding a standard (Non-Magic) attack. A creature can have more than 1 Dodge attempt. Basically, for each Dodge attempt a creature has, flip a coin - heads is a hit, tails is a miss. If a creature has 2 Dodge attempts, you have to flip 2 Heads (i.e. 25% chance for a hit). This applies to every attack directed against the creature. If the attacking card gets multiple attacks, each one must check for Dodge before hitting.

Perfect Dodge
A creature with Perfect Dodge is completely immune to Non-Magic Attacks. They will always miss, all of the time, with no exception. The only way to harm a creature with Perfect Dodge is either with a Magic Attack, or to remove whatever is giving it Perfect Dodge in the first place.

Protection
For each point of Protection a card has, it takes 1 less Damage from Non-Magic attacks. For example, if a card with 2 Protection is attacked by a creature with an Attack Power of 4, that attack would only do 2 Damage. Protection doesn't affect Magic Attacks.

Quickness
A creature with Quickness will always attack first, even if it is your opponents turn. This means that, if you opponent attacks one of your cards with Quickness, you will get to Counter-Attack before your opponents attack.

Fortress
A card with the Fortress special rule may not initiate an attack under any circumstances. It will not attack when first played on the board, and you may not activate it to attack after that. It can Counter-Attack if attacked by your enemy however. Fortress cards often have special rules which are intended to be left on the board away from combat.

Invisibility
A creature with Invisibility cannot be targetted by any attack. For all intents and purposes, it is invincible until its Invisibility effect is removed. The exception to this is that they will still take damage if the Field they are on is changed to their opposing element with a Fieldquake.

Fieldquake
A Fieldquake is the name given to when a Field is flipped over, changing its element to that on the opposite side of the Field.

Possession
Some cards are able to 'Possess' enemy creatures. What this means is that you gain full control over that card, and may use it as if it was one of your own. Creatures that are Possessed do not count as 1 of your 5 cards for winning the game, however - they still belong to your opponent. If you are playing against the AI, or an online opponent, and you Possess one (or more) of their cards, you can control them using the Joypad. Press Square and then the D-Pad to select a card, then press X to bring up a menu giving you Attack and Rotate options. This way, you can manipulate enemy cards without them physically being on your board.

Q. I got a card with no text, just a picture. Whats the deal?
A. Cards like this are called Phantom cards. There are 5 Phantoms in total, 1 for each element. They are Ultra-Rare, and have special abilities which make them very powerful cards. In order to see what your card can do, you need to scan it into the game - you can look at it from the Deck Builder or Card Profiler.

Q. Can you tell me how *some attack pattern* works? I'm confused!
A. You can find a full list of Attack Patterns and how they work here
